Processing Time
All orders are made and processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Tracking Your Order
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided after the order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to have the order reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
