Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Because many of our products are handmade and/or customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or because they were unclaimed may be reshipped once additional shipping costs have been paid by the customer.
